Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

Do not use the service to create, store or distribute:

• Content that sexualizes minors, or any material we are legally required to remove.
• Content that incites violence, terrorism or hatred against protected groups.
• Malware, phishing material or code intended to cause harm.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Prohibited use

Do not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit accounting or access controls.
• Resell official credits or gateway access without a written agreement.
• Use automated means to extract data from the service at scale.
• Probe, scan or disrupt the service or other users.
• Use the service where doing so would violate export controls or sanctions.

Model provider terms

When you route requests to a third-party model, that provider’s usage policies also apply. You are responsible for complying with them.

Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle requests, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
